Our New Hope, OR technicians are trained specifically in Stachybotrys protocol, not just general surface mold removal scaled up.
Every New Hope job gets documented thoroughly enough to support whatever comes next, medically or legally.
Four reasons New Hope property owners trust us with this specific job.
Our New Hope crews wear full-face respirators and disposable suits on every black mold job, not just gloves and a mask. Every technician on a toxigenic job has completed specialized containment training beyond standard certification.
Negative air machines and sealed plastic barriers keep spores from spreading beyond the contaminated area during removal. We log air quality readings throughout the New Hope job, not just at the start and end.
We document exposure conditions and provide records some New Hope clients share with their physician. Every technician on a toxigenic job has completed specialized containment training beyond standard certification.
We understand this diagnosis creates urgency, and our dispatch reflects that. We log air quality readings throughout the New Hope job, not just at the start and end.
Every New Hope job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
Before full containment begins, we confirm species through sampling, since not all black-colored mold is actually Stachybotrys.
Containment prevents spores from traveling through your New Hope home's HVAC system or open doorways during work.
Equipment stays in place through post-treatment testing, not just during active demolition.
Removed material is double-bagged and disposed of according to New Hope, OR guidelines, not just hauled out loose.
We recommend a third-party lab handle clearance testing for objectivity on a job this serious.
Reoccupancy guidance is based on lab results, not a visual check alone.

Answers to what New Hope customers ask before booking black mold removal.
Not all black-colored mold is this species, which is why confirmation testing matters before assuming the worst — or dismissing it.
For extensive contamination, we may recommend temporary relocation, especially for anyone with respiratory sensitivity.
The underlying goal is the same — get rid of it — but the health stakes change how carefully the process is run.
A sample sent to an independent lab is the only way to confirm species with certainty.
We provide the documentation most carriers ask for, including lab confirmation and photos of the containment process.
